The scratchers produced by Truit are designed in accordance with GB/T 9286, ASTM D3359, ASTM D3002 and ISO 2409 standards. It is mainly used for the determination of coating adhesion, not only for the laboratory, but also for the construction site under various conditions, easy to operate and carry.

Note: The 1mm pitch multi-bladed cutter is suitable for hard substrates (metals) with a film thickness of < 60μm.
The 2mm pitch multi-blade cutter is suitable for hard substrates with a thickness of 61 μm ~ 120 μm or soft substrates (wood, plastic) with a thickness of < 120 μm.
The 3mm pitch multi-blade cutter is suitable for hard or soft substrates with a paint film thickness of 121μm~250μm.
