The sagging instrument produced by TRUIT is designed in accordance with GB/T 9264 and ASTM D 3730 standards, and measures the thickening of the upper end of the wet film in the vertical state of the upper end of the paint and the lower end of the wet film, so as to select a suitable wet film thickness by controlling the physical properties of the coating to ensure a uniform film thickness. This sag performance is conducive to the coating control of vertical, corner, round hole, and arc workpieces. Viscosity, fineness, thickness are the main factors affecting sagging.
