TR 5508 Wet Film Thickness Wheel

The Wet Film Thickness Wheel produced by TRUIT are designed in accordance with GB/T 13452, ASTM D1212, ASTM D4414 and ISO 2808 standards.

The wet film wheel can quickly confirm the thickness of the wet film stage. The wheel gauge consists of one wheel, the inner circle forms a centrifugal ring with the two outer wheels, the three wheels are at the same point at the zero position, and the horizontal scale distance of the inner ring is lower than that of the wheel face at any position. When the coating surface, immediately place the measuring wheel at the gap position with the largest difference between the inner and outer rims on the surface, then the inner and outer wheels remain in the same line and roll along the zero position with the surface contact, check the position of the inner rim at the beginning of contact with the paint, and the wet film thickness can be indicated from the scale reading marked on the outer rim.
